For a couple of months now i have suffered from Sciatica But today it came back and forced me off work!
I saw the doctor a while ago and he prescribed my with codiene and anti-inflamatory pills, this week i thought i was finally over it until i got to work today!
My leg was so painful i could hardly walk my foot was completely numb and i couldnt even move my toes, so i came home…gutted!
Now i cant move off my bed and im supposed to work a night shift tomorrow
