yep..profile 135…yawn it lasted for ONE DAY

spent 2 hours foning spasfeckispan or wherever BT out-sourced their tech support…grrr apparently my fault is now elevated to ‘important’ ooooo(!) Maybe it’ll be more important to them if i refuse to pay a penny til i get 24 hours ..in a row ..with a working connection of more than 135kb…yea right

The engineer is at the exchange..i can tell by this:

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test: -provides background information.
IP profile for your line is - 1500 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 1920 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1368 kbps

This is by far the best result yet!!

But ive seen this before…it’ll reset to profile 130

This is BEFORE the engineeer gets here…notice the sync speed is nearly 2000 but the profile has throttled me ..grr

Oh well the engineer arrives tomorrow ..hope he’s ok after his flight from India. Maybe I’ll get somewhere nearer the 8000kb connection i pay for instead of 177kb FFS
